Karim Elgendy is a Law Clerk at Khalil Law Corporation. He earned his LL.M. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, graduating with high honors and a 4.06 GPA. He recently sat for the California Bar Exam and is currently awaiting results.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Elgendy served as Head of the Legal Department for a local trading company in Qatar, where he gained over 15 years of experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and compliance. His background includes extensive work in legal drafting, corporate governance, and dispute resolution.
